Brittany Whitaker is a financial intelligence consultant with 15+ years of experience of FP&A, Finance, and Accounting, specializing in the oilfield services, equipment manufacturing and industrial sectors - and the founder of WellSight Financial.

WellSight was built around a problem that I kept seeing throughout my career: mid-market companies running serious operations that kept needing to scale their financial infrastructure to keep up with growth. The reporting exists. The data exists. But the FP&A function that should connect them - the forecasting, the visibility, the forward-looking intelligence - is missing or lacking. My career spans a full spectrum of financial operations, including Staff Accountant, Cost Accountant, Operational Performance & Control Manager, Senior Financial Analyst, and Finance Business Partner. Throughout my experience, I’ve been involved with corporate accounting, project accounting, cost control, inventory management, FP&A, forecasting, labor analysis, and much more.

Beyond finance, what makes my background unique is that I have lived in the operations as well, including management of procurement and production scheduling. My perspective spans both sides of the business - the financial reporting and the operational reality behind it. It’s the difference between a consultant who reads the report and one who understands the operational drivers and impact of the numbers.
